can I hire?
BABYEASYTRAVEL
puts at your disposal a wide range of baby equipment, we can supply you with
cots, travel cots, car seats for all ages, buggies, baby baths for hire to name
but a few. If there is something you need but cannot see in our webpage please
contact us so that we may help.
Can you tell us about the brand and model of the equipment I am
about to hire?
Yes,
we can provide you with any information you need about all our products.
How new is your equipment?
All
our equipment is purchased new from well known manufacturers. It is check from
wear and tear, clean, desinfected and service with every return. Your baby's
safety is our primary concern.
What happens if an article gets damaged?
If
it is only scratch, you shouldn't worry about it but, if the damage affects the
functionality of the article, you will be asked to pay the cost of the repairs
or replacement of the article, whichever is cheaper.
Are your products safety check and sanitized?
Our equipment is from the best manufacturers
compromised with quality and safety and they have been hygienized against all
types of germs, bacteria and fungus prior each delivery.
What if I need to add an
extra article to my order?
Contact
us and if possible we will add it to your order or we will place a new order
instead.
What should i do if an article is damaged?
You
are responsible for checking the equipment immediately upon delivery to ensure
it is undamaged, in good working order and fit for the intended purpose. You
will notify us inmediately if this is not the case and we will replace it
within 24 hours.
Are instructions provided with the equipment i hire?
Yes,
we provide comprehensive and clear manufacturer's operating instructions with
all of our equipment. Most of our equipment are delivered fully or partially
assembled. We are unable to install your car seat for liability reasons,
however we will provide you with all the instructions so you can safely do it
yourself.
I need something that is not on your website?
We
will be happy to accommodate special requests if item is available. Please
contact us in advance on ...
Can I buy a product I hired?
Of
course! Contact us, we'll make you a quote and will deduct the rental fee from
the final price.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
What languages do you speak?
We
speak spanish, english and portuguese.
What are your business hours?
Delivery
hours are 24 hours a day every day of the week. Phone attendance is monday to
friday from 9:00 h. till 19:00 h. However, in an emergency, we'll be available
at anytime.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We serve Seville
city. However if your final destination is somewhere in Cadiz,
Cordoba or Huelva, please let us know. Delivery service for Seville is free
Monday to Friday from 8:00 til 21:00h any other time there is surcharge of 15
€. For Cadiz, Cordoba and Huelva delivery charges will depend on your exact
destination and size of your order.
Can delivery and collection be arranged at different addresses?
Of
course, just be sure to clearly specify delivery and collection locations when
filling our order form.
What if I'd like to hire baby equipment longer than planned?
You
can do it, as long as the articles are available.

reservation within 48 hours.
How far in advance do i need to make a reservation?
It
is best to make your reservation as early as possible. Your order is subject to
equipment availability. For last minute rentals, we will do everything we can
to accomadate your requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or amend your hire
agreement, you are entitled to do so free of charge at any time up to 48 hours
prior to the agreed start of your rental period. Cancellations made within 48
hours of contract delivery date will be charged 50% of the total rental.
What is the minimum rental period?
You
must pay for at least 2 days rental on equipment.
What is the minimum rental charge?
The
minimun rental charge is 20€
Do you offer discounts for long term rentals and high value
order?
Yes,
we do. Please contact us for details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
In
advance you can pay through bank transfer. On delivery, you can pay
cash.
